The NNYM serves as an excellent resource for all youth ministries and has an affinity network specifically for those involved in ministry with deaf and hard of hearing teenagers. The Affinity Network website has a number of other resources listed.


Deaf Diaspora: The Third Wave of Deaf Ministry
This book provides a foundational understanding for ministry with deaf and hard of hearing teenagers in today's world. The author, Bob Ayres, is the President/CEO of DeafYouth Ministries and National Liaison for Deaf Teen Ministry for Youth for Christ. The book includes personal narratives by Chad Entinger, Executive Director of Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, IA.
